Relationships with Bipolar

I have Bipolar disorder 2, mostly regulated but I believe there should be some med changes (which is near impossible rn, I need a new psych.) And recently (this week especially) have been getting called out by my partner (who does not have Bipolar) for being rude, condescending, and just in general "mean" I genuinely have no clue why I'm acting like this and feel HORRIBLE. Its not her fault, and all I can do is apologize but then I'll go do it again 2 hours later without even realizing. And then I get defensive when she calls me out on it. I just dont know what to do.
