What's this red mark on my face?

So, maybe a week or two ago I noticed what looked like a mosquito bite on my temple. It was a little itchy but not bothersome. I think it was the next day, I showered and noticed this big red splotch around where the bump had been. Tonight I showered and my husband asked what the red mark on my face was from. I looked and it's the same red mark that appeared before. I'm not sure if it's been appearing after every shower, I don't usually look in the mirror right after I shower because the mirrors are fogged up and I just don't have the desire to anyway lol. I have not had any injuries, nothing hit my face there, nothing like that. It doesn't itch or cause any symptoms and it seems to disappear shortly after the shower. It is not there at all as far as I know during the day. I didn't take photos the first time I noticed it but took a photo today of it right after my shower and again after about 10 minutes, you can see it's starting to fade. I'm a 33 year old female with no relevant medical history and live in Georgia USA.
