Best time of day to move the elf?

Hello! Just wanted opinions on the best time of day to move the elf. My daughter is 10 turning 11 and still believes. It makes me so happy she’s still holding onto Christmas magic.

However, as she’s gotten older she has been staying up later. I’m going to bed earlier especially with a new baby. I used to move the elf when the older one went to bed, but now I’m half asleep staying up waiting for her to go to bed so I can move it. Doing it when I wake up is risky because sometimes the baby sleeps through the night, though this is rare, and sometimes the older one wakes up earlyyyy.

Do you all set up at nighttime or morning?
