Iron levels worse after infusion?

July levels: Iron sat - 14.4 % Iron - 44 ug/dl Ferritin - 53.3 ng/ml TIBC - 420 ug/dl

Doctor ordered an iron infusion, got two rounds of injectafor. Didn’t help my symptoms at all, actually started feeling worse and other symptoms. Asked for repeat labs and now my iron levels look worse?

November levels: Iron sat - 9.2% Iron - 25 ug/dl Ferritin - 251.7 ng/ml TIBC - 273 ug/dl

I guess I’m confused on the ferritin jump but iron sat and iron decrease? Anyone with similar experience? Doctor ordered another iron infusion but only one round of injectafor this time.
