Custom Emblem, Not Overlay?

Hi everyone!

My partner has a Jeep Wrangler and I am trying to get a good prank in -- we call him Jerp, so I would need a custom Jeep emblem that can have the second 'e' changed to an 'r'. Looking for recs while I continue to research how possible this could be to do :)
