Need help: Is this Neumann TLM 103 (€400) legit? What should I look for?

Found a Neumann TLM 103 on Marktplaats for €400 and the price seems almost too good to be true.

Seller sent me photos, including a serial number.

I’m posting all the pictures below — could you take a look and tell me if anything seems off, or what signs I should check to confirm if it's authentic?

Any advice from people familiar with the TLM 103 would be super helpful. Thanks!
