best cloud cert to pair with bachelors degree in CS?

hello, i am close to getting my degree and the only real experience i have is 3 years as an enlisted programmer in the military. i have a TS clearance and have funding assistance to spend on certs. ive been looking at some intern/skillbridge opportunities and a couple mention working with cloud.

what are the best cloud certifications to learn from and will set me apart from others?
