Another gripe about the &$@%-ing coupon book

I bought some tickets on Stubhub only to realize after the fact that I needed to register?!? What could possibly be the point of that other than encouraging breakage or otherwise inconveniencing the consumer in order to streamline b2b partnership record keeping and IT.

I’m too lazy to switch over to another card and don’t necessarily value the stubhub credit but making us register for benefits rather than having them be automatic seems petty and it did cost me $150 real dollars.
