Help with dell xps 13 9360

I recently have been trying to fix my dell xps, I bought a shady battery and the bios wouldnt charge it, I ordered a new one off Amazon that seemed better quality still jot oem, then the laptop won't boot it tries to, fan spins but then stops. If I only leave charger in it flashes 2 orange and 4 white. After 6 cycles of the flashing code the fan spins and the blinking stops. Does know what may be wrong?
