Buggy?

Folks, I can’t access any of the new housing. When I start the tutorial all I do is teleport to Founder’s Point, even if I am already there. Can’t see any of the available houses. I bought the early access but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am not seeing anyone else have this issue.
