I know 90% would disagree but

The only things bloodline powers add is cool factor and that too is mainly limited to Dojutsu. Naruto would be way more interesting if bloodline powers instead of being genetic family powers were learnable techniques.

And I know the most common point is that it would make powers be less unique, but that's not the case. There are many learnable techniques which arent widespread within naruto because its not easy to learn and use them all like Shadow clones, Mind transmission, Shadow paralysis, Body expansion, Rasengan, Sage mode, Lightning cloak, Flying Thunder God and healing ninjutsu. These are limited because of talent limit and limits in people who can teach them.

Similarly, many other powers could be treated the same. This would make things far more interesting. Furthermore, Dojutsu abilities should be limited to vision and eyes like ocular genjutsu basuc sharingan and byakugan abilities and the subset abilities of rinnegan and mangekyo should be individual techniques developed by said users

It would be great if something like Susano is a high level Uchiha jutsu passed down. And Obito created his phasing through powers by himself. Or itachi developed his own Tsukuyomi. Or Nagato developed the push and pull powers. Eye powers doing this is same as saying Kibas clan has unique nose that allows them to pull meteors from space.

Furthermore, this would solve problems like chakra and bloodlines like sharingan needing to get an origin from aliens. It could just be humans developing these techniques. Also, this would also make normal fighters have some more attacks or abilities as most of them are mainly using 5 elements attacks.

I know all of this would be ignored because cool eye abilities are COOL. It more fun to see people closing eyes and then opening them and then doing whatever the writer wants.

If bloodline powers weren't there Chakra as a power system would be way more interesting
