Catering companies that are hiring?

I have a bunch of service industry experience, but currently work in healthcare. Thinking about getting a little side job that's per diem style and wondering about catering companies. I've looked at Linked In, Indeed, and Craigslist and not seeing much. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
