I’m like a pseudo admin these days

I’m a resident sub (more commonly called building sub on here) at a k- 8 school. We have a lot of regular subs now, so the front office have largely been sending me to wrangle the students with behaviors. There’s been a few times in the last couple weeks the students are giving their sub a hard time. Instead of going, admin send me to reign things in. Today I was sent into a 6th grade class (incidentally a class I was in long term due to a vacancy at the start of the year). Walked in with my radio attached to my jacket. The sub thought I was the vice principal come after she’d been calling the office for support. Now all I need is the pay and benefits.
