[Male specific question] Planned on leaving foul language totally can someone help

So this question might sound silly or newbie but during navratri or other sadhnas it become obvious that i wont abuse at all and follow bhramcharya for which i uninstall instagram, but now think that i do follow bhramcharya fater sadhna as well its just strict one during upasanas shouldnt i do the same in this gaali thing , because i heard "ma ki gaali aur ma ka naam ek mukh se ache nahi lagte" if anyone there who left it as well, pls help me i never used this language even until my high school but i had this coaching teacher who thinks its normal and good source of releasing anger, now i have no ku sangati it made me realise what those gaalis actually meant, and we can also convert anger no need to release it, if anyone practising this already can you help me with some tips on how you controlled this
