Early pay (Treas Specific) is great. But you need to be carful

Early pay from Chime is helpful overall, but it can create occasional long gaps, sometimes up to 18 days, between deposits because Chime releases funds as soon as TREAS sends the ACH file, which may arrive earlier than usual due to weekends or federal holidays. If Chime only deposited money on the official scheduled paydays, those long gaps would technically disappear, but users would lose the convenience of getting paid early, especially before weekends and holidays. A better solution would be for Chime to offer an optional “pay smoothing” feature that evens out irregular gaps while preserving early access to funds. Luckily, these long-gap cycles follow predictable patterns based on business days and holidays, meaning we can accurately forecast them months ahead and plan budgets around the dates. While these aren’t a big issue. This is just being Nitpicky.
