i'm horrified from what i've seen and i dont wanna be one of them

discussion

i'm unproudly gonna say it, i've been using chatgpt (and other LLMs) on and off since its launch like in 2022, i have uncountable amounts of chats i used to do and i've been using it like a pseudo-noting app for thinking aloud with myself, i will not lie, it helps in brainstorming phases, but anything beyond that i feel like it makes me loose braincells as the texts get generated, i've never had emotions of feelings over it, altough sometimes at my lowest i used it for journaling, deleted right after the chats

as i discovered this term and this reddit, i'm not sure if i feel good for not being this low, or being sad for feeling like i'm on the middle of the wall, AI has its few good cases in use, but the amount of bad things it has affected me over the years i've been tired and wanna restart all over again

has anyone been in this sort of situation? or how could i feel better for myself or be less dependent of AI in the sense of like journaling
