Hotel El Dorado reviews - good entertainment?

Looking for feedback on those who have stayed at an El Dorado location. The price point seems amazing! I’m wondering which location is the best for:

• swimmable beach and pools
• good food
• day and night entertainment (really wondering what there is to do during the day besides lay out in the sun and drink??)

For reference it would be for our honeymoon, looking at November 2026, for 5-7 nights, would love to stay around $3k.
