Fontaine & Richmond Rd

Does anyone here know what was going on at the apartment complex on the corner of Fontaine & Richmond Rd around 6-6:30 this evening. I was driving by on Richmond Rd, and there appeared to be multiple emergency vehicles (mostly police) with lights flashing in the parking lot there. Just being nosey.
