Replacing Dell Inspiron laptop battery and fan

I have a 2018 Dell Inspiron 14 7472 laptop with an Intel i7, Nvidia MX150, 128gb ssd, 1TB hard drive.

The battery is at 7% max capacity and the fan has been broken for a few years. I want to replace them. I am trying to figure out what fan I need to get.

I found this service manual online.

Page 17 is about removing the fan and 23 is about removing the heat sink.

I am trying to figure out if I should buy just a new fan or a fan and heatsink combined.
