Change Team Leads Per Location Season

Was commenting earlier to another posting about the team dynamic. I was thinking they all should equally have divided leads per location investigations. Suggesting, they have an episode series, where each of them pick out their own location to investigate and lead the team. Zak can still narrate and describe the locations. But Each person from the team, leads the entire investigation at their selected location....could possibly end up capturing more activity and sightings…
