Ouxi V8 Alternatives

I know zilch about e bikes but I do know that the Ouxi v8 is really appealing to me. Cheap ass price, 32 mph, 2 people seating, head and tail lights and even a horn, and PAS and throttle. The bike seems great to a guy who knows nothing like me. Now I want to get it but it seems like i see a lot of things saying how some stuff don't work, it's got crap quality parts and stuff, and it's mass produced crappy chinese product. So now I'm thinking, should i even get this thing? I knew it's too good to be true. So what do you think. Is there any alterneteves like the ouxi v8? I like the goat ebikes but those are 4x the cost of the Ouxi v8 so no chance.
