Despite the t-shirt that Dragonsteel sells, what are your thoughts on whether Hoid would be a good President?

I think about this every time I wear the shirt. I feel like Hoid is ultimately a good person and probably would be a good enough leader if he tried. But the concern would be that he's up to something. Hoid, in my opinion, would not want to be President unless that was a stepping stone to some other goal. If Hoid were President, all would seem fine, but then one day he would just disappear and never be seen again on the planet, having accomplished some secret goal in the background. Or maybe I'm thinking too much about a shirt.
