Common app keeps making teacher rec name lowercase

I don't know why. As long as I correctly enter my teacher's name J___ M_____ and email in common app, it comes out as j___ m_____, no matter how many times I remove and readd. I litterally already asked her to redo the rec trying to fix it and I cannot again and it's not like I would be able to fix it anyways. If I typed her email wrong ______@___.ne instead of _____@___.net, her name is correctly J___ M____, if I mispell her name it comes out correctly captilized. As long as I type her name and email correctly her name shows as lowercase. Any other rec when I add them their name is correctly capitalized, but for some unknown mysterious illogical reason this teacher's name always comes out as lowercase.

I've already applied to several colleges, but should I add a sentence in the additional information section so colleges don't think I'm being careless? This is stupid that it's even happening. I don't know how a bug like this is possible. I got ghosted by common app support. But I'm worried if I add a sentence it'll only draw attention.
