More spam calls?

This may be my imagination but I feel like since I switched from Telus to Rogers a few days ago (and kept my old number) I’m getting more spam calls. Like 4 today whereas I usually get zero. Is that something that’s likely to happen with a transfer, somehow? Or is there a setting I missed? It’s very odd.
