Withdrawals

Hi. I’ve been on 20mg lexapro for about 6 months, and been on 10 mg for the previous 6 months. I’m tapering off to try new meds. I dropped from 20 to 10 for about 4 days, and then from 10 to 5 for another 4-5 days. Since then (Saturday) I’ve gotten completely off them. So it’s been 4 days completely off and I feel genuinely AWFUL. bad sweats and nausea, but the vertigo and brain zaps are the worst I’ve ever experienced (worse than Effexor). Is this normal? How long will this last?? I’m super anxious without meds and these side effects are only making things worse.
