HMO covering pumps?

I want to preface this by saying that if I don't get the answer i'm looking for here, I do plan to call benefits and ask. however, I hate calling and asking questions when I feel like they can be easily answered here.

My question is does the HMO plan cover breast pumps? I tried to go through aeroflow and they informed me that my employer requires using a different company.

I searched quiknet and only found the insurance handbook and from what I think- i understand- is we purchase the breast pump out of pocket and then send in the receipt and get reimbursed? If i'm wrong can someone tell me how it's actually done?
