Just needed to vent 😅

Conversation between me and my wedding photographer:

Them, early November: “Just wanted to let you know your pictures will be ready within the next two weeks!”

Me: “oh yay!!!!!”

Me, 2 weeks later, late at night, “Hey! Just checking in, totally understand if you need more time, just let me know how it’s going!”

Them: “yeah! It’ll be ready within the next week!”

Me: “ok, great!”

Me, one week later: “hey! Just checking in again!”

Them: “oh yeah, it’ll be ready tomorrow evening!”

Me: “ok great!”

Me, the next day at 10PM, going to bed because I have a feeling I’m actually not going to be getting the pictures.

Them, the next morning: “hey! Sorry for the delay! It’ll be ready this evening!”

Me: “ok, thanks for the update” (actually appreciated the apology and update for the first time, unprovoked.)

Me tonight, 9PM, no pictures.

Just needed to vent!
