Where to get tirzepatide in Massachusetts?

Hi all. I'm 33M and my BMI is normal (although at the limit of being overweight), I don't have any health conditions that would justify getting mounjaro/tirzepatide (my primary doctor refused to prescribe me any glp1 for weight loss). I will be honest and say I purely want to do it for aesthetics, I go to the gym a lot and have an active life, but I have a hard time controlling my appetite that it basically negates all that I do at the gym. For those who are just doing it to lose a little bit of weight like me, and had to get it without insurance, where do you get it and how much you pay for it? I saw Lilly sells Zepbound straight from their website and it is $500 a month without insurance, are there any options more cost effective than that?. I'm in Massachusetts if that helps.
