2019 XC90 A/C blower motor

Got into my wife’s Volvo the other day and noticed there’s basically no air coming out of the vents. You can feel a tiny bit of airflow, and the air temp changes when adjusting the settings, but the blower just isn’t pushing anything. The second row AC is doing the same thing.

My first thought is the blower motor, but this is our first Volvo. I’m fairly mechanically inclined (mostly with BMWs), so I’m trying to get a sense of what I’m in for.

Has anyone replaced this themselves? Any tips or tricks learned along the way? Roughly how long did it take you?
