Does Arazlo prescription from Amazon include refills?

I saw a number of comments from folks saying they get their prescription for Arazlo from Amazon's pay-per-visit service. I'm planning to do this and then fill the prescription at Walgreens using the Ortho Rx Access coupon. But does your Amazon prescription give you access to refills for the year? Or it only good for 1 tube, and then you must pay for another visit and new prescription?
