I want to turn around spare tank into freshwater, advice?

Id like to use my spare 25 gal that doesn't got nothin going on that I got for a dollar. I've been keeping freshwater for a while and I honestly just want coral and anemones with like 1 or 2 fish. It'd be in my game room which is dark all the time but saltwater kinda confuses me with how much is out there.
