Gf27 blocked me 29M and its been a week. Confused rn

My gf blocked me, she said she moved on and dont want to go back. But when i spoke last time she gave me mixed feelings. She said i will leave her in future and that she is insecure and etc.. its been a week since she blocked and also she seems to be deleted instagram as well. I called 2 times after she blocked but call got to her in truecaller. Her cousin called me and said dont call her anymore.

Her last texts and talks seems to be she still loved me. At one point she mentioned her brain isnt working. Im confused.

Im on no contact since a week.
