Have you experienced people blasting music so you can’t hear footsteps.?

Honestly, I understand it’s a PVP game. But there’s such a vast difference between the community that existed at launch vs now. I’m an average gamer, I have a full time job, and a child. So when is get a chance to game, and get ganked by people blasting music so loud that it’s painful, to cover their footsteps, or people glitching into walls so you’re powerless it just makes me want to uninstall the game. All I want is fairness, and equal playing field, and this game simply doesn’t have it at the moment.
