Purchased corne v4 and I still can't get comfortable with it.

I have had the keyboard over 6 months and I am still not being able to use it.
I have tried different layouts and decided to stick with Colemak, but my issue with it, I try to put all characters with Tap Dances, and have the homerow thing, you know when you hit it it's letter but when you tap it, it's ctrl , shift, super or alt. in the home row.

but it feels sluggish, i keep trying in vial.web to change setting for tab. but still i get problems. IN my regular qwerty keyboard i type over 100 when i test myself in monkeytype, but with the split keyboard i barely hit 50.

i really need help to get confortable and I need some help
