How Far Back Do I Need To Replay The Story After The Story Change?

I have played up to chapter 17 (i did this before the story changes announced or even chapter 18 was released) and have now seen the news section say the story was changed for past chapters. I have heard it goes back as far as 15 but want to make sure. Which chapters should I quickly replay to see the changes up to 17?
