Does not rotating injection sight affect effectiveness?

So i am terrified of needles. My Ozempic journey has been great exposure therapy lol. I can only bring myself to inject into my glutes. I rotate between left and right each week and try to hit different spots. I am 8 weeks in and so far so good, i am just wondering if it would be more effective if i rotated spots. Thanks
