Arkansas sales tax filing

Ok please Reddit be kind.

If someone is out of Arkansas. Can someone please take me step by step on how to file the monthly paperwork for tax remittances. I know Etsy does the actual money handling. The paperwork still has to be filed through atap. There is virtually no put together information on how to file the paperwork properly with third party remittance.

I am in the process of starting my shop so no sales and probably won’t have any for a while. State still requires the paperwork to be filed tho or there will be fees.

Also from what little information I have scrounged up, even when I do make sales I would still put zero and somehow select third party remittance? Or am I misunderstanding that information.

Any advice of course is welcome but this is specific to Arkansas atap website. Also there are like three or four deadlines to meet monthly. Can you break those down for me as to what they are and what they mean. Not the dates themselves those are public.
