SSD in windows having lag spikes

Hey guys, my SSD on Windows 11 25H2 keeps freezing Windows randomly, which is very disruptive in games, and i wanna know if i could fix it.

Specs: Windows 11 25H2, 16GB ram, 2 512 SSD, intel i5-11400f, RX 580 2048SP, H510m-hvs r2.0
