Restaurant food should not be served super hot

Restaurant food should not be served when it’s so hot that I can’t eat it. I’d rather wait another two minutes than have to stare at it in front of me unable to eat it. Just tonight, I had pizza that came out so hot that it was falling apart when I tried to eat it, even with a fork and knife. I’m not saying that I want food to be served lukewarm, I just don’t need it to come to me straight from the oven.
