Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have been having trouble with my blower motor on my 2011 bmw x5 35d. The blower motor will only work on max speed on the the defroster and very slow on anything else. I’ve tried replacing the motor and resistor, checked the fuses, replace the climate control module and still have not fixed it.
