How to contact a human at Microsoft? I answered the prompt and now every time I call it won’t let me say anything and hangs up.

It says to go online and I’m stuck so I need to talk to a person. What is the real number to Microsoft? Every time I try to call for an Xbox refund I’m met with an AI bot who won’t let me speak. I have tried to call two different numbers and I am met with the same bot who won’t let me speak to a human. The numbers I have tried so far are 1 (877) 696-7786 and 1 (877) 345-2661. Do they have business hours and maybe that’s why I can’t find a human? If so what are they? I’m in the US for reference.
