Trying to find a new laptop please help I don’t know a lot!

I’m not super techy, my current laptop I’ve had since 2018 a dell. I can’t use it if it’s not plugged in and tonight has just completely slowed down. I’m thinking of getting a new laptop that does everything I need and it reliable. But I don’t think I want a Mac.

All I do on it is Microsoft office for my documents and excel sheets and documents. Other then that it’s all pretty standard computer like looking in the internet nothing crazy and using canva a lot as well. Anyone suggest a decently priced but good computer, preferably a touch screen one and had decent volume on it thank you!
