Advice needed - 3 years in business

I’m in FL and I’ve been in business for myself for over 3 years now, in the industry almost 10. I sell P&C, I don’t have a niche market but I sell a mix of home, auto, and business. When I started my business, I signed up with an aggregator and we have most carriers in this state. I only have about $300k in business and am just failing miserably and don’t know how to get more business. I’ve had a few things working against me in the last few years so I haven’t been able to get out there and network as I would like to. In the beginning, I joined a BNI chapter but it was so small it didn’t do much. I don’t know how to grow and what to do from here but I am struggling. Any tips? Ideas?
