ULPT request- got caught on job impersonation

Hi guys, so I was working as my cousin as I look bit same as him with pixie hair cut On camera you can't tell if I am a man or woman so I interviewed as my cousin and cleared the bgv and everything went well until yesterday I got HR call She was very rude and in rush, she said there are allegations against me that someone else has done the onboarding and interview for me and that's not at all me Ps- I have only used my cousin's ID card he has nothing to do with this job He never plans to join any join job ever and i have one permanent job already I needed extra income so I took another job under his name I was honest with work and everything but yesterday they said there are severe allegations against me and they want to give opportunity to me to answer everything Everytime I sit infront of camera I make sure i somewhat look like a man so they don't suspect but my voice is like a woman and i anxious af and super tensed what to do here

It's WFH so ofc they can't force me to admit or anything Should I resign today ? They have sent me suspension email and took away all my system access. Give suggestions please
