Nobody knows, losing hope

I got a uti 2 years ago, and life has changed so much since then and I'm losing it. For the hooha part of things, i have had a non stop itch. Weirdly enough it started at my butt Crack. Lasted about 10 months and basically traveled to my vagina area. Not the inside, but all around the public area, in my creases, on the outter lips. It gets very dry and almost looks like it shrivel up. Starts to look flaky and white. So many creams none of which worked. All obgyns gave up on me and said they don't know. They always swab the inside and say no yeast don't know. No matter how many times I tell them its the skin on the outside not the inside.

I'm hoping with lots of hoohas here someone may have had a similar experience and can help me out. 2 years of intense itching that doesn't go away is driving me bonkers. Clean bill of health as far as stis. Thanks!
