South Bay BMW for Service

I drive between Bakersfield and Irvine for work (long way, I know)

Have a stop in Torrance and wanted to find out if South Bay BMW was any good for service?

I was told to stay away from Bakersfield bmw (and do independent shop instead) but I’ll be in Torrance next week for work…

Any insight into this store?
