Will I still be priority for the nursing school rolling admissions if I don’t have my official fall 2025 grades yet, I get them the 19th?

UIC emailed me and said my application is incomplete because I haven’t submit the official fall 2025 final grades, I took 2 8 week classes so I submitted my transcript with those 2 fall courses on it. It is not final, but will I still get priority since it is rolling admissions?
