Lost phone need to ship to USA

Hi, my wife and I recently visited Japan for three weeks and unfortunately I just realized I left my phone at a hotel in Narita. And the hotel only ships to a Japan address, I am looking into using Tenso? But I am not sure how trust worthy it is. I sent them an inquiry and I haven’t heard back. Has anyone else used Tenso?

Also, I was told to ask here but is there anyone in the Japan area who can help ship a phone to me in the USA. Please I need it for work so I can’t work without it.
