How has MILD ADHD-PI impaired you at work?

You have mild ADHD-PI, and have compensatory systems in place (medication, structure) to get the job done to a satisfactory degree. Where do you still have problems (performance or interpersonal)? Do any of these problems seem unavoidable? Do you have problems with your coworkers or management?
