Late LOR?

I submitted all of my 12/1 deadline PhD applications on time, however one of my recommenders submitted a few letters late. They sent them in about 3 hours late (3AM PST). Is this an automatic disqualifier? All other aspects of my application were completed prior to the deadline.

I can’t find any concrete information online or on the program’s website indicating how strict they are on the deadline.

The programs are: UCLA Neuroscience, UCI Interdepartmental Neuroscience, UC Davis Neuroscience, Columbia Neurobiology & Behavior, and UCSF Neuroscience.
